Stroller Barre®
A 60-minute stroller workout that blends Pilates, yoga, and barre for a low-impact, high-intensity total-body experience. Strengthen your core, improve posture and flexibility, and tone your muscles - all while having fun with your little one! Songs, bubbles, and books keep babies engaged as you move, leaving you both energized, empowered, and ready for everything motherhood brings.
STRIDES 360™

A prenatal workout for moms-to-be in every trimester, designed to keep you strong, flexible, and energized. Each class combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises to prepare your body for labor and support postpartum recovery.
