What makes this different from a regular fitness challenge?

Body Well isn’t a challenge, it’s coaching + habit building - and it's designed for moms. No extremes, no shame, no all-or-nothing rules. Just structured support and sustainable progress.

What if I haven't worked out in awhile or just getting back into a routine?

You’re who Body Well is for! All habits and workouts are adjustable, and coaching is personalized to your starting point and season of life.

What if my schedule is unpredictable?

That’s exactly why this program is habit-based, not rigid. You’ll build flexible anchor habits and have support adjusting as real life happens.

What if I can’t make the Sunday check-in & restorative workout?

That's okay! The check-ins are a great way to connect with our other Body Well moms, but we get it - mom life happens! The workouts are recorded though and the link will be shared the next day.

Do I need to be a current FIT4MOM member to join?

Nope! Body Well is open to all moms. If you’d like to attend in-person classes during the session, we offer a discounted class pack for participants.
