You do not need to:
be fast
have recent running experience
train for a race

Training Begins 2/22!
Virtual Orientation: Join Coach Laura on 2/15 at 7:30pm as she goes through what to expect, training plans, and answers all of your questions. This will also be recorded, so no worries if you can't make it.
Goal Race: Completely optional — Naperville Women’s 5K & Half Marathon on 4/19. *Race Registration not included
Group Run Locations: Old Plank Trail and other local trails throughout the Lincoln-Way area at 7:30am on Sundays
*Weekly group runs are encouraged but optional. Training can always be completed on your own schedule, including on a treadmill.
Distance Options:
• 5K or Half Marathon (race optional)
• 10K (no race)
*You don’t need to choose your distance right now. Once you’re signed up, you’ll connect with your coach to decide which option best fits your current fitness, schedule, and goals.

We help you adjust your plan — not start over.
What if I’m slow or haven’t run in years?
Run Club+ is pace-inclusive and beginner-friendly.
Do I have to pick my distance when I sign up?
No. You’ll connect with your coach after registering to talk through your experience, schedule, and goals — then choose the distance that fits you best.
What if I want to train for a 10K instead?
You can follow a 10K training plan with no race deadline.
Do I have to sign up for the race?
Nope! The race is completely optional.
Is the race included in the cost?
No — race registration is a separate cost.
