Stroller Strides®

FIT4MOM’s original “mommy and me” workout! This 60-minute total-body class combines strength, cardio, and core training - all while keeping your little one engaged with songs, bubbles, and books. Designed for moms of all fitness levels and stages of motherhood, Stroller Strides® leaves you feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized - while having fun with your baby and a supportive community of moms.

Wednesdays at 9:45am & every other Saturday at 9:00am

Stroller Barre®

A 60-minute stroller workout that blends Pilates, yoga, and barre for a low-impact, high-intensity total-body experience. Strengthen your core, improve posture and flexibility, and tone your muscles - all while having fun with your little one! Songs, bubbles, and books keep babies engaged as you move, leaving you both energized, empowered, and ready for everything motherhood brings.

A prenatal workout for moms-to-be in every trimester, designed to keep you strong, flexible, and energized. Each class combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises to prepare your body for labor and support postpartum recovery. Stay active, feel confident, and connect with other expecting moms in a safe, supportive community.
