It’s time to formally introduce one of the newest members of the FIT4MOM Frankfort team - Sam! 🎉
Sam took her very first class with us back in September of 2023 and we've loved her ever since! She recently joined the team, working behind the scenes (& behind her phone) keeping our social media looking good. 😍
We are so lucky to have Sam on team - bringing her creativity, love for our community, and FIT4MOM mom-life to our page. 📱
Stay tuned for allllllll the stories & killer reels - sharing all the fun things (& shenanigans) happening at FIT4MOM. For real though, you really don't want to miss the reels coming this week 😏

What do you remember about your very first FIT4MOM class before being on the team?
I was surprised how welcoming everyone was. I was so worried it was going to be awkward. JoAnna knew who I was as soon as I walked up and made sure to get to know me and the boys.
What’s one of your favorite FIT4MOM moments?
Ok this was a bad situation that turned to be my favorite. While I was loading my car up after class one of my sons got hurt and another mom in the parking lot (without hesitation) came running up to help me and while I was consoling the hurt one she was already buckling the other in his seat and putting my water bottle and phone in the front. I felt so supported and understood from someone I barely even knew. Like hey girl I got you. Moms helping moms without even asking.

Show- I Think You Should Leave Podcast- Theo Von and Book- The Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros
