It’s time to introduce another member of the FIT4MOM dream team - Laura! 🎉
Laura took her first FIT4MOM class in 2018 when pregnant with her first and then became an instructor in 2021. She started Body Boost, but didn’t stop there! She’s also certified to teach Stroller Strides, Strides 360, Body Ignite, FIT4BABY, and is our Run Club Coach!
We love having Laura as part of the FIT4MOM fam and team! She brings positivity and all the motivation to every class she teaches! PLUS, she really loves a theme!
If you’ve never been to one of Laura’s classes, you’re missing out! You won’t want to miss Stroller Strides with her this Saturday at 9am! She’s putting on our annual birthday bash for Mickey Mouse, and a little birdie says there might even be Mickey Waffles…___________
