MEET THE TEAM: Heather

It’s time to introduce another member of the FIT4MOM dream team - Heather! 🎉

Heather started as a member in 2022 and officially joined the instructor crew last September. Since then, she’s been turning up the volume (literally and figuratively) in our Strides 360 classes. 🤘🔥

Her love for high-energy workouts and even higher-energy playlists make every class so fun! From sprints to strength, she brings the motivation, the challenge, and the vibes. We are just so grateful to have her on the team!

You can join Heather for Strides 360 (& a good time!) every Monday at 9:45am! Sign up for her class here - your first class is always FREE!

___________

Who are you mom to?

Grace (4) Jack (3)

What do you remember about your very first FIT4MOM class before being on the team?

How nervous I was to try and workout WITH my kids… but also excited I didn’t have to leave them to get that workout in! Sure enough, my baby started crying in the middle of class! I had to hold him while I did an exercise (extra resistance I’ve since learned to embrace💪🏼)… and it was no. big. deal. No one was phased! It instantly took all the nerves and worries away about being able to do a workout with my littles. It’s a place meant for moms, understanding allll the things being a mom entails, while still being there to help you get in a workout!

What’s a show, podcast, or book you’re obsessed with right now?

The Housemaid series 👀

You’re at your favorite coffee shop - what are you ordering?

The strongest coffee they have!! But my favorite to order if they’ll make it is half coffee / half hot chocolate

What’s something most people don’t know about FIT4MOM that you wish they did?

How genuine and supportive everyone is! It truly is a village and one I’m so grateful for!

How do you stay motivated on days when you're feeling unmotivated?

COFFEE, & turning the music up! Music always makes me feel better, especially when I don’t feel like doing something. Turning that music on gets my mind off things and I just chug along and am usually done with a task and feeling better before I know it!

If you could only listen to one music genre for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Rock 🤘

Favorite way to unwind after a day of momming?

A glass of wine and an episode (or 10) of Friends

If you could give one piece of advice to your younger, pre-mom self, what would it be?

To slow down and focus a little less on what’s next and a little more on what is now
