Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility.

FIT4BABY is an 8 week prenatal fitness program taught to expecting moms by certified prenatal fitness instructors. Moms-to-be are guided through safe, yet effective workouts that focus on strength, cardio, core and balance. Not only do these expecting moms receive a great workout, but they get to know other moms as they begin to grow a community of supportive friends.
